Document everything. Anonymize when necessary.

When we deploy Forge, we document the entire process. Even if the client prefers anonymity, we publish the case study. An anonymized case study (“A regional NGO operating across 6 East African countries...”) is powerful. It shows the problem is real, the solution works, and the outcomes are measurable.

Every case study follows this structure:

Client context

Who they are, what they do, their scale, their existing infrastructure, and the operational constraints they face.

The operational problem

The specific problem they were trying to solve, why existing solutions failed, and the operational cost of that failure.

What Forge deployed

The specific Forge components deployed (DIL, REOL, SEL), how they were configured, and the implementation timeline.

The measurable outcome

Quantifiable results: time saved, errors reduced, visibility gained, decisions accelerated. Before and after metrics.

If you see an anonymized study, it's because that's what the client preferred. Either way, the results are real.
